摘  要:目的:分析冠心病合并高尿酸血症的临床意义并探讨血尿酸浓度与冠脉造影结果的相关性。方法:选择239例疑诊为冠心病并进行冠状动脉造影检查的病例,根据病史、临床资料和冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组(冠脉造影阳性183例)和非冠心病组(冠脉造影正常56例)。常规空腹采集静脉血测定2组血尿酸水平,冠脉造影采用Judkins或经桡动脉方法。结果:冠心病合并高尿酸血症明显高于非冠心病组(P<0.05)。高尿酸血症与高血压、高甘油三脂血症关系密切。血尿酸浓度有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:血尿酸升高是冠心病发病不容忽视的危险因素。血尿酸浓度可作为冠状动脉造影结果预测的依据。Objective :To analysis the clinical significance of coronary heart disease(CHD)accompanied by hyperuricemia and investigate the relativity with the result of coronary angiography. Methods: We selected 239 cases of coronary angiography(CAG)with uncertain Coronary heart disease(CHD). According to the result we divided them into two groups; one is positive 183cases(CHD group);the other is negative 56 cases (NCHD group). All patients of vein blood samping were measured with fasting and for serum uric acid concentration. Coronary angiography were performed by Judkins or radii artery method. Results: CHD accompanied by hyperuricemia is more than NCHD group( P〈0. 05). There is no obvious difference between the degree of coronary artery lesion and number of diseased vessel. Hyperuricemia has a close relation with hypertension and hypertriglyceridemia. There is obvious difference in the serum uricacid concentration. Conclusions: This study shows that hyperurlcemia is an important risk factor in CHD and the serum uric acid concentration can predict the result of coronary angiography.
