摘 要:为剖析人体正常左室收缩功能的形成时期及出生前后的变化特点,运用无创性复合超声心动图对四组共132例检测对象进行了左心室收缩功能的测定。其中胎儿37例,16~40周(A组);新生儿32例,4小时~28天(B组);婴儿30例,1.5~10月(C组);和幼儿33例,1~4岁(D组)。结果表明:左室EF、EDV、ESV、FS、SV和CO在四组间均显示趋于线性的递增关系,并与年龄相关较显著。本文揭示:人体正常左室收缩功能:1.形成于胎儿期;2.存在出生后短期渐进的演变规律;3.具有相对衡定性。A total 132 cases of human young individuals with various ages consisted of 37 fetuses of 16 to 40 week gestation(group A), 32 newborns of 4 hours to 28 days (group B), 30 infants of 1. 5 to 10 months (group C)and 33 children of 1 to 4 years old (group D) were examined by complex echocardiography to study the developmental evolution rule of the systolic function of the left ventricle. The results showed that all the 4 groups’left ventricular systolic function parameters EF, EDV, ESV, FS, SV and CO evidently highly correlated to the linear increase of the normal developmental systolic funtion started from early fetal stage, followed by a short evolutional regulation period, eventually reached its perfect state.
