表皮生长因子促进鼓膜愈合的临床研究

摘　　要：对47例长期不愈的鼓膜穿孔患者,于鼓膜成型术中应用表皮生长因于(EGF).经观察.用药后鼓膜愈合好.愈合时间约为8.5d.未见不良反应.表明EGF局部应用具有促进鼓膜穿孔愈合的作用.Perforation of the tympanic membrane (TM > as a consequence of infection or trauma was common. Various approaches to promote healing of TM perforation had been proposed. Chronic TM perforation had to be closed surgically. Topical application of epidermal growth factor (EGF),a potent mitogen for epidermic cell,was given to improve the healing of TM perforations during myringoplasty. The quality of healing was confirmed by otomicroscopy and andiometry. The mean time of healing after myringoplasty was significantly shorter in ears receiving EGF(8. 4 days),as compared to non-treated ears (13. 7 days). This observation demonstrated that the EGF could improve the healing of TM perforation.
