通用型脊柱内固定系统治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价通用型脊柱内固定系统(GSS)对腰椎滑脱内固定的疗效.方法回顾性分析采用通用型脊柱内固定系统治疗的21例腰椎滑脱患者.结果21例患者均获得随访,术后随访6～20个月,平均13个月.下腰痛症状完全消失者19例.所有患者术中行X线检查发现滑脱椎体完全复位,术后随访复位无变化.结论通用型脊柱内固定系统具有良好的复位与固定作用,是治疗腰椎滑脱有效方法之一.Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of general spine system（GSS）on lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 21 eases of lumbar spondylolisthesis which were treated with GSS were reviedwed. Result All the 21 cases were followed up for 6 to 20 months （ average 13 months）. 19 cases of low back pain recovered completely. All patients were examed by radiography, restored completely during operation and postoperatin no change. Conclusion GSS has good effect in reduction and fixation on lumbar spondylolisthesis and is one of the best devices for the treatment of lumbar spondvlolisthesis.
