痰热清治疗煤工尘肺合并肺部感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨纯中药制剂痰热清在治疗煤工尘肺合并肺部感染时的作用.方法将70例尘肺合并肺部感染患者随机分为3组,分别用纯中药制剂痰热清、利复星和痰热清利复星合用治疗,观察其疗效.结果痰热清与利复星一样具有明显的疗效,能够使患者血象、胸片、肺口罗音、咳嗽、咯痰、气喘明显好转,且二药合用效果更佳,明显好转率为80%～100%.结论痰热清是有效治疗尘肺合并感染的纯中药制剂.[Objective] To explore the effect of Chinese medicine Tanreqing in treating pneumoconiosis combined with lung infection among coalminers. [Methods] 70 pneumoconiosis cases were randomly divided into 3 groups and treated with Tanreqing, Levofloxacin Mesylate injection and a combination of the two respectively, the effect of the three methods was observed. [ Results] Tanreqing was as effective as Levofloxacin Mesylate, which showed obvious effect on patients＇ blood test, chest X - ray, puhnonary moist rale, coughing, sputttrn and asthma. The combination of the two methods was proved more effective with an improving rate of 80% - 100%. [Conclusion] Tanreqing is an effective method for treating pneumoconiosis combined with lung infection.
