摘　　要：目的探讨自然流产患者母胎界面肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的异常表达。方法采用半定量免疫组化技术,检测30例早期自然流产患者(自然流产组)2、5例正常妊娠妇女(正常妊娠组)绒毛和蜕膜组织内TNF-α表达强度。结果自然流产组细胞滋养层细胞及合体滋养层细胞表达TNF-α均显著强于正常妊娠组(P<0.01)。结论早期自然流产患者细胞滋养层细胞及合体滋养层细胞表达TNF-α均显著强于正常妊娠组,提示TNF-α可能在母胎界面局部发挥作用并导致流产。Objective：To investigate the aberrant expressions of TNF- α expression at fetomaternal interface during early spontaneous abortion. Methods：We identified TNF- α proteins in uteroplacental tissues from 30 early spontaneous aborters, 25 normal early pregnant women, using iannunohistochemistry. Results： We observed that the intensity of the immunohistochemistry signal of TNF - α in syncytiotrophoblastic and cytotrophoblastic cells of aborters was substantially higher than that of normal pregnant women（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Thase data clearly suggest that there is an involvement of TNF - α at the fetomaternal interface leading to spontaneous abortion.
