三黄紫草油治疗婴儿尿布皮炎、烫伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究三黄紫草油治疗婴儿尿布皮炎及中小面积烫伤的临床疗效。方法婴儿尿布皮炎,三黄紫草油治疗组120例,红霉素软膏对照组120例。浅II°以下烫伤患儿,三黄紫草油治疗组120例,湿润烫伤膏对照组120例。分别观察两组在创面平均愈合时间(d),感染例数(%),疼痛缓解例数(%),不良反应例数(过敏、周围红肿、加重)%,诸项实验指标的变化。结果尿布皮炎治疗组较对照组愈合时间平均提前1.2d,感染率降低13%,疼痛缓解例数明显增加,无明显不良反应。烫伤治疗组较对照组愈合时间平均提前2.9d,感染率降低10%,疼痛缓解例数降低(20%)。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论三黄紫草油在治疗婴儿尿布皮炎及烫伤方面愈合快,感染率低,同时还有止痛、无不良反应的优点。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Redroot gromwell compound oil （RGCO） in treating the Infant diaper dermatitis and scald,then to observe the effects. Methods：The infant diaper cases were randomly divided into two groups： One as treated group （120 cases） by RGCO, the other （ also 120 cases） as control group treated by illotycin ointment . The infant who got superficial Ⅱ°bereinafier scald eases were randomly divided into two groups： One as treated group （120 cases） by RGCO, the other （ also 120 cases） as control group treated by moisten scald cream. Observe the therapy efficacy by average cure time（d）, infection cases（ % ）, pain abate cases（ % ）, badnees reaction cases（ % ）. Results： CLinical results showed that the treated group cure time ahead 1.2 d, infection rate debase 13% ,pain abate cases distinctness raise and no evidence badness than control group . Treated group of scald cure time ahead 2.9 d, the rate of infection debase 10% and the rate of pain abate 20% than control group. The difference was also significant （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： The rate of recurrence in treated group of infant diaper dermatitis and scald was much less than that in control group, and the treated group also have acesodyne , no badness besides lower infection rate.
