摘　　要：针对从德国HAINDL公司购进的二手新闻纸机运行效率低、质量不理想、仪表自动化系统老化等问题,通过对压榨辊、蒸汽喷箱、成形板、回湿装置、控制系统等进行技术改造和功能优化,车速平均提高30～40m/min,年生产能力提高20%,设备利用率提高7%,新闻纸匀度与纸页横幅均匀性显著提高。The secondhand newsprint machine from HAINDL, Germany, was low in operating efficiency, poor in product quality and aged in instrument and automatic system. Through the technical renovation and function optimization on the press rolls, steam spray box, forming board, moisture returning device and control system, the machine velocity is raised by 30 - 40m / min, the annual capacity is increased by 20%, the rate of utilization of equipment is increased by 8% and the formation and the uniformity in cross direction are remarkably improved.
