摘　　要：作为我国最早发现HIV/AIDS集中感染人群的地区,在不到20年的时间里,云南省HIV/AIDS感染人数显著上升,并一直居全国的首位,对全国的疫情变化起着举足轻重的作用。研究分析云南省HIV/AIDS传播扩散的模式,分析各种传播途径的相互作用机制,对于系统把握云南省艾滋病传播扩散的现状及发展趋势,并提出相应的预防控制对策,具有重要的实际应用价值。Yunnan Province, where HIV/ADIS was first found in China, has seen an increasing number of HIV/AIDS-carried people in the past 20 years and still ranks first in this aspect in China. A study of the spreading model of HIV/AIDS in Yunnan and their channels and interaction will be of much practical significance to a better understanding of the actual situations and may help find out the counter - measures.
