摘 要:针对电解法处理船舶压载水时对压载舱金属造成的腐蚀问题,在参照相关试验标准的基础上,通过金属实验室静态全浸腐蚀失重实验,获得了大量的实验数据,初步研究了腐蚀介质余氯浓度、腐蚀时间这两个影响因子对压载舱金属的腐蚀速率影响规律.结果表明:该腐蚀介质会加速金属的腐蚀速率,且会产生记忆性影响.该研究结果对日后压载舱的防腐设计以及压载水处理装置在船舶上的推广应用具有重要的意义.The metal corrosion problem of ballast tank caused by ships' ballast water treatment of electrolyzing seawater has been investigated through laboratory corrosion test by statically immersing metal sample in medium with related test standard referred. Valuable data were gained by weighing samples after corrosion, and thus effected on corrosion rate of ballast tank caused by residue chlorite, time of corrosion were analyzed. The result showed that this corrosive medium would accelerate the corrosion rate of metal and caused “memory” effect on metal corrosion. This study has some values on corrosion prevention of ballast tank in the future and the wide utilization of this kind of ballast water treatment equipment.
