摘 要:后置烧焦管出口的气固分离器是实现 FCC 后置烧焦管式组合再生工艺的关键设备之一,设计并筛选出了一种基于离心与惯性协同作用的新型气固分离器。以 FCC 平衡剂为物料,在大型冷模实验装置上对其进行了性能测试。实验结果表明,该分离器不仅结构简单,而且操作也比较平稳,分离效率可达96.6%~99.76%,压降不超过3 237Pa。通过对大量实验数据的回归分析,建立了分离效率及压降的经验模型,模型的预测结果与实验结果吻合较好。A new fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) regeneration technology combining post cokeburning riser and conventional turbulent bed regenerator had been developed. One of the key components in this technology was gas-solid separator located at outlet of riser regenerator. A novel gas-solid separator based both inertial and centrifugal separation was developed. Performance of the gas-solid separator was tested in a large scale cold model experimental setup with FCC particles. Results showed that the separator had simple structure, high efficiency and low pressure drop, its separation efficiency was 96. 6%-99. 76% and pressure drop was less than 3237Pa. Based on analysis of experimental data, correlations of separation efficiency and pressure drop were found. Predicting results from correlations showed good agreement with experimental data.
