摘  要:通过一氧化碳气相催化偶联制备草酸二乙酯偶联反应工艺的研究,得到了具有较高草酸二乙酯得率和选择性的工艺条件:CO/C_2H_5ONO 的流量比2.0~2.5,反应温度393 K,空速2 500~3 000 h^(-1)。总空速增大到3000 h^(-1)以前,产物得率随添加氮气流量的增大而增大。原料气中的甲烷对反应没有副作用。Catalytic coupling reaction process of diethyl oxalate from CO and ethyl nitrite contained in gaseous reaction system at atmosphere was studied, and optimized reaction conditions were obtained with high yield and good selectivity as follows: flow ratio of CO and C2H5ONO was 2.2-2.5, reaction temperature 393 K, space velocity 2 500-3000 h^-1, Before total space velocity was up to 3000h^-1, product yield increased with increasing of nitrogen flow. Methane in gaseous reaction system had no side-effect on catalytic coupling reaction.
