摘  要:采用3种不同剂量的60Coγ射线,对3个不同小麦品种种子进行了辐照试验,对其引起的细胞学效应进行了研究。结果表明,低剂量的60Coγ射线辐照对小麦根尖细胞的有丝分裂有正反两种效应,但随着γ射线剂量的增加,根尖细胞有丝分裂指数呈不同程度的下降趋势;60Coγ射线辐照能诱发根尖细胞的染色体畸变和核畸变,出现染色体桥、染色体断片、微核等多种畸变类型,并且随辐照剂量的增加,染色体畸变率、微核率也相应增加,与辐照剂量之间呈正相关;另外,不同小麦品种对60Coγ射线的辐射敏感性不同,在所选的3个品种中,郑引1号较敏感,长武131次之,陕合6号最弱。Studies of mitosis effects on root tip cell in wheat seeds of different varieties irradiated by 3 kinds of dosages of ^60Co γ ray indicated that the irradiation of lower dosage by ^60Co γ ray had two effects on the mitosis of tip cells ,but the mitotic index of root tip cells decreased at different degrees with dosages increased. Furthermore,the irradiation of ^60Co γ ray could induce many types of chromosomal aberration and nuclear aberration in root tip cells,the rate of chromosomal aberration and micronucleus aberration of root tip cells increased at different degrees with dosages increased. The experimental result also indicated that Zhengyin No. 1 was more sensitive than others,then Changwu No. 131 and Shaanhe No. 6 was least sensitive.
