摘  要:目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜及异位灶18种趋化因子受体的转录特征,以揭示趋化因子受体及其配体在子宫内膜异位症发生发展中的作用。方法:以正常子宫内膜为对照,半定量RTPCR检测子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜及异位灶18种趋化因子受体mRNA的表达水平,并比较其差异。结果:与正常子宫内膜相比,子宫内膜异位症患者在位子宫内膜CCR6、CCR8、CCR9、CX3CR1表达明显升高(P<0.05)。与在位内膜相比,异位灶CCR4、CCR8、CCR9、CXCR1表达显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:在位子宫内膜CCR6、CCR8、CCR9、CX3CR1高表达,可能参与子宫内膜异位症的发生;异位灶CCR4、CCR8、CCR9、CXCR1高表达,可能参与子宫内膜异位症的进一步发展。Objective: To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor in eupotic and ectopic endometrial tissues of women with endometriosis, and in endometrium of women without endometriosis.Methods: Normal endometrium, eutopic endometrium and endometriotic tissues were obtained from patients with endometriosis at laparoscopy. Total RNA was then extracted using the TRIzol reagent. The expression of chemokine receptors in these tissues were analyzed by way of semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. Results: Compared to normal endomctrinm, the eutopic endometrium expressed significantly mere CCR6, CCR8, CCR9 and CX3CR1(P 〈 0.05). Compared to the eutopic endometrium, the endometriotic tissue expressed apparently mere CCR4, CCRS, CCR9 and CXCR1 ( P 〈 0.05). Condusion:The chemokine receptors were expressed differently in normal endometrium, eutopic endometrium and endometriofic tissues. The expression difference between normal endometrium and the eutopie endometrium may play role in the onset of endometriosis. The expression difference between the eutopic endometrium and the endometriotic tissues may participate in the development of endometriosis.
