摘　　要：本文对沿海港口游艇和高级交通艇动力装置的设计所做的研究进行了论述．对原有的同类型装置，在分析的基础上指出了所存在的主要问题，并有针对性地提出了改进措施。通过实船的设计、建造、试验、试航，收到了预期的效果。近年来设计建造的＂海鹭＂号和４０客位高级交通艇即为成功实例。This paper presents a study on the design of power plant for coastal/harbor sight-seeing boat and superior class crew boat,analysis on the major problems existing in present similar power plants and a proposal of a number of modifying and upgrading countermeasures on this base.Expected results have been achieved through designing, building, testing and sea trial testing of hull-scale ship.The successfully designed and built Hailu and 40 seat superior class crew boats are two examples of many successful crew boats.
