摘　　要：李万瑶教授临床应用蜂针治疗类风湿性关节炎,初期患者接受蜂针治疗后,基本可临床控制,亦不会出现关节变形等现象。治疗中注重减少蜂针过敏反应及副反应;取穴以阿是穴为主,配合辨证取穴;蜂针量和时间因人而异,因病情而异;并做好患者心理工作,取得良好疗效。Prof, LI applied bee sting therapy（BT）for rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. In the early stage of RA, BT can control the disease basically and avoid joint deformity. Allgeric reaction and side effect should be noticed during treatment The Ashi point was mainly applied and associated with other acupoints by syndrome difference. The dosage and freguency of bee - sting should vary with individuals and severity of disease, and psychological treatment should be associated in order to obtain a good curative effect.
