试论太平天国天京建都

摘　　要：建都天京是太平天国的理想与现实选择,也是一个具有决定性意义的历史转折点。它改变了当时中国的政治地理格局,造成了清朝统治的严重危机,为农民领袖们实践其革命理想提供了一个现实的政治空间。但建都天京在给太平天国带来辉煌胜利的同时,也为天国事业预设了陷阱。建都天京改变了太平军的战略发展方向,使本该用于北伐的兵力不得不用于经营天京上游和保卫天京,还销蚀和瓦解了天国将士的意志与精神。Founding its capital in Tianjing was an ideal and realistic choice to the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. Meanwhile, it was aslo a critical point of decisive significance. It changed the politico - geographical pattern of China at that time, brought about a serious crisis to the rule of the Qing dynasty, and provided a realistic political space for the peasant leaders to practice their revolutionary ideals. However, though the capital - founding in Tianjing brought the new kingdom some brilliant victories, it prelaid a pitfall. It changed the strategic orientation of the Taiping Army, so the main force of the Taiping Army had to defend their capital and its upper reaches instead of marching to Beijing, and it also corroded and collapsed the struggle spirit and will of the Taiping commanders and fighters.
