摘 要:碳纤维增强塑料筋(CFRP筋)是一种强度高、密度小、耐腐蚀性能良好的非金属材料,可以替代预应力混凝土结构中的普通预应力钢筋,有较大的发展前景.本文对一种国产CFRP筋应用于预应力混凝土梁中的相关性能进行了试验研究,研究内容包括在混凝土中的粘结性能、张拉阶段的预应力损失以及梁试件的受力性能.研究结果表明该筋及其配套锚具适用于后张无粘结预应力混凝土梁中,相应张拉阶段的预应力损失以及梁试件在加载阶段的受力情况与普通无粘结预应力混凝土梁相似,具有一定的工程应用价值.Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) tendon is a non metal material which has high strength,low density and better corrosion resistant. It can be used in prestressed concrete structure to replace common prestressed reinforcement, so it has a better prospect. The article researches the performances of one kind of CFRP tendons which are applied in prestressed concrete beams. The subjects investigated include the bonding performance in concrete, the prestressing loss during stretching stage and the stress of the test beams in loading stage. The results show- that these CFRP tendons and their corresponding anchorage devices are due to post-tensioned and unbonded concrete beams. The prestressing loss during stretching stage and the stress of the test beams in loading stage are similar to normal unbonded prestressed concrete beams. The research indicates that this kind of CFRP tendons has the potentiality to be used in projects.
