摘　　要：通过对生态学,自然生态环境(Naturulhabitat)与人类居住环境(Humansettlement),人类居住环境包括的生态绿地系统与人工建筑系统,人工建筑系统所应达到的文明生态建筑的阐述,强调了建设文明生态建筑的基本原则,进而提出了与生态经济相结合建造文明生态城市的设想.This paper elaborates the features of ecology, natural habitat and human settlement which includes the ecological green system and artificial buildings system. It emphasizes the principle of Constructing the civilized and ecological buildings, and then puts forward a suggestion of building a civilized and ecological city in combination with the development of the ecological economy.
