采用配重方式降低不均匀超限货物等级的研究

摘　　要：针对密度不均匀、形状不规则货物按常规方法装载产生的超限问题,采用配重方法来降低货物的超限等级.通过在货物外形轮廓关于中心线不对称的3种方式下,依据力矩平衡原理进行分析、推导,确定出配重物的重量和重心位置、货物装载中心的位移值及降低货物超限等级的程度.最后,对如何选择配重物进行了分析.To settle the off-gauge problems caused by uneven-density and irregular shape freights when loaded following the usual method, a method of balancing is adopted to reduce the off-gauge grades of freights. According to the principle of moment balance,the weight value and position of the center of gravity of the balances,the displacement value of the center of gravity of the freight loaded,and the amount of reducing the off-gauge grades are analysed and deduced. Finally, methods of selecting balances are analysed.
