边境地区未来核袭击后的护理特点及应解决的问题

摘　　要：边境地区的军队医院位于军事斗争的前沿,在应对核威慑、核反击作战的卫勤保障中,要求护理指挥机关和护理人员要具备快速反应能力。研究了未来核袭击条件下护理工作的特点:①核袭击突然发生,护理保障任务艰巨;②核伤员成份复杂,护理保障范围拓展;③医院可能同时遭受核污染,护理工作展开艰难;④护理储备力量有限,国防动员工作艰巨;⑤核伤员病情较复杂,护理技术要求特殊。为增强快速保障和持续保障能力,保证反侵略战争的胜利,当前护理工作应解决的问题:①建立核袭击后护理工作总体预案;②制订规范化的核伤员护理技术常规;③研究核伤员护理设备物资标准;④加强护理队伍应对核袭击的培训。Military hospitals in the frontier regions locate at the extreme foreland of the military conflict. In reply to nucleus overawe and in the logistics guarantee for nucleus counter - attack, the nursing command headquarter and the nursing staff are required to possess the fleet responding ability. This article explored the characteristics of nursing in the future nucleus assaults,such as ①the arduous guarantee tasks of nursing due to sudden nucleus assaults;② the expanded fields of nursing due to the complicated situation of wounded soldiers in nucleus attack ;③the difficulties of nursing work due to the possibility that hospital may be encounter the nucleus contamlnation;④the difficulties in mobilization of national defense resources due to the limited nursing resources store;⑤the requirement of specialty nursing techniques for nursing staff due to the complicated status of nucleus wounded soldiers. In order to strengthen the fleet and constant guaranteeing ability and to ensure the victory in the future anti - aggression war, we should take the following countermeasures ： ①establishing the general predicted plan for post nucleus - attack nursing work ;②working out standardized nursing techniques routine for nucleus - attack wounded soldiers ;③studying the standards of nursing equipments and supplies for nucleus - attack wounded;④enhancing nursing training for coping with nucleus attack.
