摘　　要：通过3例心脏移植、2例心肺联合移植患者的护理计划管理实践得出:围手术期周密的计划、严密的组织管理、合理的人员配备与安排、及时有效的护理技术指导和管理、全方位的护理质量控制是移植手术顺利开展的关键,是心脏及心肺联合移植患者安全、成功地度过围手术期的重要保证。This article summarized the experience from the practice of nursing planned management in 3 cases of heart transplantation and 2 cases of heart and lung combined transplantation. The author indicated that careful peri -operative nursing plan, strict organization and management, reasonable nurse staffing, timely and effective technique guidance and management,all- sided nursing quality control were the key points to guarantee the success of transplantation operation and the patients＇ safety.
