摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),同时测定了溶液中的地克珠利和百球清含量。其测定方法为:色谱柱为BDSC18(5μm,250×4.6mm)或ODSC18(5μm,150×4.6mm),63%乙腈+37%的0.2%磷酸水溶液(体积分数)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长为241nm,每次进样量20μL,地克珠利和百球清的色谱峰保留时间分别为6.5和7.7min。该方法既可同时测定溶液中的地克珠利和百球清的含量,也能对二者的混合物产品进行质量控制,还可用于百球清产品的单独检验。To determine the concentration of diclazuril and toltrazuril in solution synchronously by HPLC method, the stationary phase Hypensil ODS C18 (4.6mm×200mm, 5μm) or BDS C18 (4.6 mm×250mm, 5μm), and mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile: 0.2% H3PO4 (phosphoric acid) aqueous solution 63:37(V/V) were used. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with ultraviolet detector at wavelength 241 nm, the sample injected into was 20 μL every time, and the retention time of diclazuril and toltrazuril were 6.5 min and 7.7 min respectively with their linear range of quantity at 0.5-64 and 1.5625-200μg/mL. This method cannot only be applied to monitor and control the quantity of diclazuril and toltrazuril admixture products, but also to examine exclusively the quantity of toltrazuril products.
