摘　　要：介绍了我校新开发的一种新型前置式甲醇合成塔及其配套工艺,实践应用结果表明,这是一种流体分布均匀,床层温差小,塔阻力低,催化剂装载系数高,反应热回收好等工艺性能优越、投资又大为节省的国产化甲醇合成反应器,值得进一步推广与应用。A new-type prepositive methanol synthesis convertor developed by our university is introduced. The industrial applications show that it is one of the home-made methanol synthesis reactors with excellent performances in uniform gas distribution, small temperature difference, low pressure drop, high catalyst loaded coefficient, high reaction-heat recovery, low investment and so on. So it is worthy of promotion and application.
