摘　　要：通过文献资料法,数据统计法等对我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状中存在的问题进行分析研究,找出影响我国竞技体育后备人才培养的主要因素并提出相应的对策。With the methods of documentation and statistic, the artcle analyzes and researches the problems in the preseat cultivation of reserved force for competitive sports in our country, firds out the major influential factors and puts forward corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.
