酚改性热固型XF树脂的合成

摘　　要：本文在前期二甲苯－甲醛树脂（ＸＦ树脂）合成的基础上，进一步合成了酚改性热固型ＸＦ树脂．在理论分析的基础上，经实验成功地提出了实现ＸＦ树脂高转化的方法．合成的酚改性热固型ＸＦ树脂的原料消耗成本比一般热固型酚醛树脂约低３０％．This paper synthesizes heating solidifiable XF resin modified by phenol in hasing been synthesized XF resin base.From theoricald analysis as well as experiment.the paper successfully puts forward a method for XF resin to completely react into the XF resin modified.The crude material cost of the resin is about 30% less than general P.F.resin,so its economical effect is very remarka ble result.
