香蕉组培苗变异体的研究

摘　　要：多年的调查研究结果表明:香蕉品种威廉斯、广东2号、台湾8号等茎尖组培苗,从组培过程到大棚假植直至大田生长、生殖等各个阶段,均出现各种变异体。变异频率因品种不同而异,变异类型多种多样,包括植株高矮、叶片颜色和形态、繁殖能力、生育期的长短等,甚者不开花、不挂果或果梳少、果指短小,商品经济价值下降,甚至全无经济价值,给种植者造成一定的损失。Through a large number of investigations for many years, the results show： stem tip tissue culture of banana species Williams, Guangdong No. 2, Taiwan No. 8 etc. appear all kinds of variants in different growth stage, such as seedling in vitro, large canopy temporary planting, field growth and reproductive growth, the various frequency is different according to different species and the various type is plenty, including the height of plant, the color and morphology of leave, the reproductive ability, the length of the living period, even failure bloom and fruit, short fruit comb and small fruit finger, which drop merchandise economic value or lose all. Thus it brings about the certain damages to the planters.
