摘　　要：本文通过深入研究WTO法律规则,探讨如何完善我国外商投资法律制度,以期制定更加合理的维护国家经济主权的外资法。本文仅从WTO与投资有关的协议入手,主要研究《与贸易有关的投资措施协议》、《服务贸易总协定》、《与贸易有关的知识产权协定》、《补贴与反补贴协议》等相关协议对我国外商投资法律制度的影响。China＇s entry into WTO is both an opportunity and a challenge for us, which entities China the rights to participate in the making of the economic rules and regulations of WTO. But at the same time we must shoulder these corresponding rules and regulations. Through a thorough study on the rules and regulations of WTO, this paper will discuss how to perfect ＂the Law on Foreign Enterprise Investing in China＂ in order that the investment environment of China can be more reasonable and better.
