亚氨基二乙酸酸化母液的资源化研究

摘　　要：在亚氨基二乙酸酸化母液中加入Ca2+,在一定条件下使它们形成亚氨基二乙酸钙络合物沉淀,沉淀分离后酸化得到亚氨基二乙酸产品.研究了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间、溶液pH值等因素对亚氨基二乙酸回收率的影响.结果表明在本研究的最佳工艺条件下,总回收率达87.8%.Ca^2＋ was addited into the acidified solution of iminodiacetic acid and formed the coordinated complex precipitate in a certain condition. The product of iminodiacetic acid could be got by separating and acidifying. Different effects on the recovery of iminodiacetic acid were discussed in detail, such as raw material ratio ,reaction temperature.reaction time ,pH value of solution. The result shows that the total recovery is 87.8% in the best condition.
