摘　　要：目的分析青岛市儿童40a来生长的长期变化规律,探讨经济发展与生长的长期变化关系.方法将青岛市不同年代7～12岁儿童身高、体重与主要经济指标作相关分析.结果1962～2002年的40a间,青岛市7～12岁儿童身高平均增长17.46cm(男)和16.30 cm(女),体重平均增长13.89kg(男)和11.67kg(女);不同年代各经济指标经对数转换后,与儿童身高、体重呈明显的直线正相关(P＜0.01).结论儿童生长的长期变化与社会经济发展有关.Objective To analyze the secular growth changes of children in the past 40 yeats in Qingdao, and to explore the relationship between secular growth changes and social economics. Methods A correlative analysis was made among the stature and body weight of the children aged 7-12 in different decades. Results During 1962- 2002, the average increase in stature was 17.46 cm for boys and 16.30 cm for girls, and the increase in weight was 13.89 kg for male and 11.67 kg for female. There were significant positive correlations among children＇s stature and body and main economic indicators in different decades （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The secular growth change of children is closely related is social economics.
