摘　　要：分析了中国实施股票期权的现状,揭示了我国实施股票期权计划中存在的若干问题和制度、法律和环境方面的障碍,提出了若干有建设性的治理对策和政策建议。This article describes the current situation of the performance of stock options in China, and reveals some of the existing problems and obstacles from the government system, law and the environment. It also makes four constructive proposals based on policy.
