摘　　要：论文从形象塑造、读者服务、馆藏建设、人才培养等层面对南京图书馆的新馆建设提出了设想和建议。This paper proposes the tentative idea and proposal to the construction of Nanjing Library＇s New Building through its vivacious description,reader service,collection building,talented person foster and so on.
