摘  要:研究了用固相萃取-微柱高效液相色谱法(SPE-MHPLC)测定金银花中的绿原酸.金银花样品中的绿原酸用80%的甲醇加热回流提取,提取液用Sep-Pak-C18固相萃取小柱预分离脱脂,以W aters X terraTMRP18(1.0×50mm,2.5μm)微柱为固定相,甲醇-乙酸溶液(1%)为流动相,用紫外二级管矩阵检测器检测.回收率在96%-102%之间,RSD在1.5%-2.2%之间.该方法用于金银花样品中绿原酸的测定,结果满意.Solid phase extraction (SPE) and a microcolumn high performance liquid chromatography (MH- PLC) for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae is studied. The chlorogenic acid can be extracted from the Flos lonicerae sample with 80% of methanol, then subjected to degrease by solid phase extraction with Sep - Pak - C18 cartridge, chlorogenic acid can be separated on a Waters XterraTMRpls ( 1.0 × 50mm, 2.51μm) microcolumn, with methanol and acetic acid solution( 1% ) as mobile phase and detected with photodiode array detector. Forthermore, The recoveries of tobacco polyphenols are 96% - 102% , and the relative standard deviations are 1.5% -2.2%. This method can be applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae with satisfactory result.
