摘 要:本文着重对Mn、Fe选别中KD-1聚合物释解矿浆絮团、排除矿泥干扰的作用机理以及螺旋溜槽精选Mn、Fe过程的基本特点进行了分析与探讨.结果表明,当KD-1100~180g/t时可获得矿浆最佳分散状态。This paper is coneerning the study of effects of a polymer KD 1 on dissociation of flocks in slurry and elimination of interference caused by sludge in separation of manganese and iron as well as basic characteristics of reconcentrating manganese and iron by means of spiral concentrators. The result shows that an optimum conditions of the slurry dispersion occars for 100~180 g/t dosage of the polymer KD 1 and that qualified concentrates can be obtained with 180 mm pitch of the spiral concentrator together with a lateral water flow for operation.
