摘  要:用荧光猝灭法测定了胡敏酸(Fluka)与苊、菲和芘相互作用的结合常数(K_(DOC)),其lgKDOC值分别为4·4,4·48和4·89.用同样方法测得长江水生FA以及黑龙江水生FA和HA的K_(DOC)之间有显著差别.HA的K_(DOC)一般高于FA.黑龙江水生FA的K_(DOC)高于长江.对同一来源的腐殖酸,三种多环芳烃的K_(DOC)与K_(OW)呈线性相关.KDOC of phenanthrene acenaphthylene and, pyrene binding to dissolved humic substances were determined using fluorescence quenching method. The measured lgKDOC of humic acid are 4.40, 4.48 and 4.89, respectively. The procedure was used to measure the KDOC of aquatic FA from Heilong river and Yangtze river and HA from Heilong river. Difference in binding capacity of these samples were identified. KDOC of HA was generally higher than those of FA and KDOC of samples from Heilong river was higher than that from Yangtze river. Linear correlation between KDOC and Kowwas found for humic substances from same origin.
