摘　　要：本文从地震科技信息工作发展出发,指出了地震信息工作发展现状,提出了“十五”期间地震信息工作发展与建设的指导思想、发展目标、建设原则和主要任务。从行业化管理的角度,论述了地震科技信息工作在新时期如何开拓新的服务领域。For promoting the development of seismic science and technology information, the present status of seismic science and technology information work is outlined. The guidance, the goal of the development, the construction principle and the main tasks of seismic information work during the tenth five-years plan in China are put forward in this paper. Based on the seismic professional management point of view the new field of services of seismic science and technology information and how to creat a new phase in 21^th century are discussed.
