摘 要:应用ICAP-9000型等离子原子发射光谱仪检测嗜人按蚊、中华按蚊和斯氏按蚊的初羽化和吸血后5d蚊血淋巴元素含量,比较了12种元素含量的差异。结果表明,嗜人按蚊与中华按蚊相比,2种元素有显著性差异,10种元素为非常显著性差异;嗜人按蚊与斯氏按蚊相比,12种元素均有非常显著性差异;中华按蚊与斯氏按蚊相比,初羽化蚊有1种元素有显著性差异,11种元素有非常显著性差异,吸血后蚊12种元素均有非常显著性差异。提示不同蚊种其血淋巴元素含量亦明显不同。The contents of 12 kinds of elements in hemolymph of three Anopheles mosquitoes newly-emerging and after taking blood meal were detected and compared by ICAP-9000.The results showed t hat there were remarkable significant differences in the 10 kinds of elements between An. anthropophagus and An.sinensis, and 2 kinds were of significant difference. There were remarkable significant differences in 12 kinds of elements between An. anthropophagus and An.stephensi.When An.sinensis and An. stephensi were compared,11 kinds of elements in newly-emergingmosquitoes were of remarkable significant difference, 1 kind of element was of significant difference and 12 kinds of elements in mosquitoes after taking blood meal were of remarkable significant difference.
