凯时注射液治疗重型肝炎60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察凯时注射液(LipoPGE1)对重型肝炎的疗效和安全性。方法采用凯时注射液治疗重型肝炎60例,并选择50例行综合基础治疗的重型肝炎患者作为对照组,对疗效、存活率、并发症进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中早、中期重型肝炎患者的存活率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中肝肾综合征的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中,未发现明显不良反应。结论凯时早期使用治疗重型肝炎有明显疗效,能减少肝肾综合征的发生率,且药物安全性良好。Objective It is to observe the curative effect and safety of LipoPGE1 on severer hepatitis. Methods Sixty patients with severe hepatitis were treated with LipoPGE1. Fifty patients with severe hepatitis were accepted general liver protective therapy as control. And then the curative effect, survival rate and complications were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The survival rates of severe hepatitis in early and middle phase in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of hepatorenal syndrome in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion LipoPGE1 which is applied early has obvious curative effect on severe hepatitis. It can reduce the incidence rate of hepatorenal syndrome rate and the safety of medicament is nicer.
