鼻内窥镜下行筛上颌窦引流术47例报告

摘　　要：采用国产鼻内窥镜下对４７例慢性筛、上颌窦炎及部分合并鼻息肉的患者行筛窦开放或中、下鼻道开窗引流和息肉摘除术。对３２例随访４个月－１年，有效率７３．６％。并就鼻内窥镜手术的概念、麻醉方式、术中止血、实用价值等问题进行了讨论。In order to completely clear away antrum ethmoid and antrum maxillarys diseases,open all antrum ethrnoids to make the liquid flow out,and befit for accessory nasal physiological func-tion.We have performed some operations with our endoscope,induding opening antrum ethmoid or mid-dle down nasaltunnel antrostomy and resection of polyp on 47 patients with ethmoiditis chronic antritis.Some of them had rhinopolypus.Having had a follow up survey from four months to one year to 32 pa-tients,the effective rate is 73.6%,and we dicussed these questions:such as the concept of endoscope op-eration,anesthetic method,Hemostasis during the operation,effective value etc
