摘  要:用肾综合征出血热病毒(HFRSV)感染 NIH 系无胸腺裸鼠,经历规律的潜伏期后发病,最终全部死亡。整个感染过程平均14.5d。裸鼠呈全身性感染。普遍病理表现为血管损伤和实质细胞变性坏死为主;电镜示多部位组织细胞出现不同程度的超微结构改变,及部分细胞出现不同程度液化性或凝固性坏死样改变;组织培养在多部位组织器官中分离到 HFRSV。研究结果表明,HFRSV 感染 NIH系裸鼠,可建立起肾综合征出血热(HFRS)致死动物模型。To establish HFRS animal model,100 NIH athymic nude mice were infected with HFRS virus.All the infected mice underwent a regular course of infection,i.e.an incubation period,a disease course,and death.The average duration of infection course was 14.5 days.Etiologic study showed a widely spreaded infection.Pathological damages included mostly the vascular injury and degeneration of necrosis of substantial cells of the affected organs. Under electron microscope,various cellular ultrastructure changes could be observed in many tissues.Liquefaction or congulation necrosis existed in the virus-infected cells.HFRS viruses were separated from many tissues through tissue culture.The above results suggested that using NIH nude mice could establish a HFRS animal model,which had an apparent and lethal disease course.
