摘　　要：应用斑点酶联法(Dot-ELISA)检测血清中抗甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)-IgM。整个试验过程在2小时内完成,与常用的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测对比,其敏感性略高于后者。In this paper we describe a Dot-ELISA method to detect anti-HAV IgM in sera of 70 adult pa- tients.The result was satisfactory with a coincident rate of 98.6%.The whole experimental assay could be com- pleted within 2 hous,the results were easily observed and recognized by naked eye without the use of special equip- ment.In comparison with routine Mac-ELISA applied concurrently,Dot-ELISA method showed to be sensitive, specific,fast,simple and reliable.This technique is especially suitable for basic clinics.
