摘  要:应用化学发光(ECL)技术检测尿液及宫颈分泌物标本中的人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)。辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)直接标记及 ECL 检测系统灵敏度高,特异性强,稳定性好,检测结果与病毒分离培养结果无显著性差异。以该法检测26例无自然流产史的健康孕妇,及42例有异常妊娠史的妇女各自配对的尿液及宫颈分泌物中的 HCMV DNA,前者检出阳性率分别为15.38%和23.08%,后者检出阳性率分别为40.48%和47.62%,同类标本前后比较,有显著性差异,提示 HCMV 感染可能是异常妊娠的重要原因之一,且有异常妊娠史的妇女所产婴儿在围产期有很高的感染可能性。The use of enhanced chemiluminescence(ECL)for detection of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) DNA in urine and cervical excretion samples is described.The ECL direct nucleic acid labelling and detection sys. tern has high sensitivity,specificity and is stable for more than 6 months.A parallel study using both ECL and vi- rus isolation culture showed no significant difference between these two assays.The paired urine and cervical excre- tion samples of 26 healthy pregnant women who had no natural abortion history and 42 women who had abnormal pregnant history were detected by ECL,the positive rate was 15.38%,23.08%,and 40.08%,47.62%,respectively, which showed a significant difference.The results of our study suggested that HCMV infection is probably one of the important causes of abortion,sterility,premature dilivery,monster and stillbirth,etc.And the babies of the mothers with abnormal pregnant history run a higher risk of perinatal infection.
