佛利安的抗病毒作用及其机理研究

摘　　要：生物工程工艺制备的腐植酸有效成份佛利安对痘苗病毒有显著的体内抑制作用,对正常143细胞无毒性表现,佛利安无杀病毒作用,不能促进淋巴细胞转化,它主要通过活化巨噬细胞及促进抗体产生起到体内抗病毒作用。其次,佛利安能增强 NK 细胞沽性,这也许是其抗病毒的机制之一。The present studies indicate the effective components of Felian that is derived from humic acid pre- pared by bioloogical fermentation procedures exert significant anti-viral(anti-vaccinia virus)effect in vivo.Felian has no activity of virus-killing or the effect of lymphocyte transformation.The in vivo.resistance against the vaccinia virus infection is due to the activation of macrophages and enhancement of antibody production.
