摘　　要：采用来源于鼠抗乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株腹水,经纯化后包被硝基纤维素膜,和标记四氯金酸,建立双抗体夹心测定乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原的间接胶体金联免疫吸附试验(GCISA)。其特异性和国内外酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)试剂盒水平相同,而灵敏度明显高于 ELISA 检测水平,完全达到 HBsAg 诊断试剂国家质控标准的要求。特点是操作简便、快速,观察结果直观可靠,适于血站、医院大批量样品和单份样品的检测。Purified monoclonal antibody to hepatitis B surface antigen was conjugated with colloidal gold parti- cles for detection of HBsAg with the Gold conjugated immunosorbent assay(GCISA)as a double antibody sand- wich procedure.The specificity of this method appeared to be comparable to conventional ELISA and its sensitivity was shown to be significantly higher than that of ELISA.Such a specific,sensitive,convenient and reliable method may be useful to hospitals and bloodtransfusion facilities for detection of antigens of various viral diseases.
