摘　　要：　采用统计学方法对专用测试设备的有效性进行计算与评价.建立相应的非马尔柯夫过程关系模型,确定系统有效性与系统各单元的可靠性和维修性之间的函数关系.当系统各组件的失效率和修复率已知时,采用有效性指标对系统进行评价更为全面和客观.Apply a statistical approach for calculation and evaluation of the availability of special test system. Established the resolution model of the non-markov process associated with the system and the availability of the overall system is determined by a function of the reliability and maintainability of each item. Availability is completely and objectively for evaluated a complex system, when the failure rates and the repair rates of the items constituting the system are known.
