摘  要:堆取料机集中传动式走行装置故障频率高,维护成本不断增加,其根本原因是采用单电机集中驱动方式,驱动台车通过连杆铰接,且多级开式齿轮传动链长,使得传动效率低,齿轮受力不均产生偏载,易受台车架变形等影响。通过对其走行装置故障分析,提出分散独立驱动的技术改造措施。The long travel mechanism of stackers and reclaimers has high troubles and high cost of mainte- nance. These condition has its fundamental reason. The long travel mechanism adopts focus-driving. Its driving dais vehicles are linked by link member and multiple-opening-gear chain is long, so it has low efficiency, gears support irregular load and have been influenced by dais vehicles' metamorphosis etc. This paper goes on analysis of troubles and put forward the distribution driving measurement of technology reform.
