摘  要:以单宁酸溶液处理A3钢,在其表面获得了兰色的化学转化膜。加速腐蚀试验表明膜层具有明显的耐蚀效果。研究了处理溶液的浓度、温度、pH及处理时间对膜层耐蚀性的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件。用扫描电子显微镜对膜层的形貌进行分析。对膜层的形成机理作初步的探讨。A blue chemical conversion film was obtained on A 3 steel by treating A 3 steel with tannic acid solution Accelerated corrosion tests showed that the film possessed an obvious anticorrosion effect The influence of concentration, pH, temperature of the solution and the treating time on the anticorrosion efficiency was investigated The suitable technical conditions were established The appearance of the film was analysed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) The film forming mechanism was initially discussed
