畏食症患儿血清瘦素水平测定的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨畏食症患儿血清瘦素水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用放射免疫分析法对1-10岁畏食症患儿54例进行血清瘦素水平测定,随机选择正常同龄儿童46例作为对照组。结果畏食症患儿血清瘦素水平男(1.42±1.26)μg/L,女(2.19±1.52)μg/L,明显低于同年龄同性别正常小儿(P<0.001)。畏食症患儿血清瘦素水平与体质量指数(BMI)无明显相关性(r男=0.12,r女=0.26P均>0.05);正常小儿血清瘦水平与BMI呈显著正相关(r男=0.73,r女:0.81P均<0.01)。结论畏食症患儿血清瘦素水平与体脂含量无明显线性关系,可能在禁食和饥饿状态下,存在独立于体脂之外的调节瘦素分泌的因素。Objective To explore the clinical significance of ,serum leptin levels in children with anorexia. Method Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the serum leptin in 54 anorectics（age from 1 to 10 years）and 46 normal children, Results Serum leptin levels of anorecties were（ 1. 42 ± 1.26 ） mg/L in male and （2.19 ± 1.52 ） mg/L in female, Serum leptin levels of normal children were （3.72 ± 2.78）mg/L in male and（8.29 ± 2.47）mg/L in females. Not only in boys but also in girls, serum leptin levels of anorectics were significantl lower than those in normal children（ P〈 0. 001 ）. There was no significant linear correlation between leptin and body mass index（BMI） in anorectics（ r = 0.12 in male and r = 0.26 in female P 〉0.05）. Conclusion There is a possible contribution of leptin to the pathogenesis of anorexia.
