摘 要:选择能够区分中国系统和日本系统的分子标记对品种鉴定和杂交率检测具有重要意义。采用了17对微卫星标记(SSR)引物,对7个中系品种、7个日系品种和3个欧系品种及1个中系×日系杂交种进行了多态性分析。筛选出15对具有多态性的SSR引物,其中11对SSR引物在中系品种和日系品种间具有多态性,同时获得2个理想的SSR位点,其组合完全可以对供试的中系品种和日系品种进行鉴定。引物FL1148在中系的7个品种间的条带基本一致,在日系的7个品种间,除保存品种6048外,均具有一致的带型,保存品种6048具有和7个中系品种一致的带型,引物FL1113在6048和7个中系品种间的带型均不相同。引物FL1148和FL1125的PIC值分别为0.654、0.785,说明SSR标记引物FL1125能对家蚕品种进行有效鉴定。The silkworm ( Bombyx mori) F1 progeny of Chinese system and Japanese system is widely used in silk production. The hybrid rate of F, individuals reflects the quality of the silkworm seed property. Therefore,it is necessary to have suitable markers,especially,the co-dominant, high throughout SSR markers to reach this target. In this experiment,7 races of Chinese system and 7 races of Japanese system and 3 races of European system were selected respectively. We tested the polymorphism of these races by SSR markers (Simple Sequence Repeat) which were developed from hybridization library, 15 SSR markers were polymorphic in all 17 silkworm races among 17 SSR markers,and 11 showed diversity in 14 silkworm races of two primary systems. At the same time,combination of 2 selected SSR markers can identify different lines from two primary systems. FL1148 marker possessed the similar locus in the seven Chinese races while generating three loci in the seven Japanese races. One same locus was generated by FL1148 marker from preserved race 6048 and most of Chinese races. FL1125 detected different fragment in 6048 and all Chinese race.
