摘　　要：提出了一种新型的旋流分级器,即旋流筛分器,分析了旋流筛分的条件及机理,指出旋流筛分为离心沉降分级和筛分的复合分级过程,前者会产生预分级的功能,以减轻筛网表面的颗粒负荷;由于旋流场分散特性及筛网的截留作用,可以提高分级精度。The paper puts forward a newkind of classifier that is cyclone separator, it alsoanalyses conditionand mechanismofcycloneseparation,indicates cyclone separation process is combination of centrifugal sedimentation classification and separation,theformer has pre-classification function to decrease granule load on sieve’ s surface. Classification grade could be increased due to dispersal character of cyclone field and blockage of sieve.
